To The Zoo

Here are some pictures of our latest trip to the zoo. Michael's favorite animals are still the monkeys and the jaguar while Christian especially loves the giraffes.

This baby alligator is 2 years old just like Christian!


If you look closely enough you can see Christian blowing kisses to the Daddy giraffe.

Bowling

The day after Easter Jason and I thought that it would be fun to take the boys bowling. Apparently there is an adult league on Monday afternoons which takes up every lane at the local bowling alley.

Michael was disappointed that we weren't able to bowl, but it didn't take him long to make a bee line for the video games. Christian wasn't too far behind either.

City Park's Spring Garden Show

Every year I take the boys to the annual garden show at City Park. There are always cool things for the kids to do. This year they were able to plant some wild flower seeds!

I think they mostly enjoyed the chance to play in the dirt! Thank goodness Grammy was close by because I'm not the nature type. I believe that dirt is for the ground and not the hands. However, I do not let my beliefs affect the way my boys deal with "nature".

A Trip to Edwin Watts

Here are a few pictures that were taken at Edwin Watts the other day while Jason was buying some new golf shoes.

Fan Up NOLA!

We took the boys to the Hornets Fan Fest this week and everyone had a lot of fun! Michael was really hoping to meet Chris Paul or Tyson Chandler, but we weren't able to get close enough. There was a lot of fun things for kids to do. Michael especially enjoyed the space walk and Christian liked shooting hoops.

Spring Planting
