Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve with the Jaunets!

An Early Christmas

We exchanged some Christmas gifts with David and Kim a bit early this year since David would be out of town due to LSU's bowl game. The boys always have fun when Kim and Uncle Dave are around.

Alvin and the Chipmunks

We decided to take the boys to see the new Alvin and the Chipmunks movie during their Christmas break. This was Christian's first time going to the movies and he did a great job!

Miracle on Fulton Street

We went to Fulton Street again this year hoping to see Santa and his reindeer and we lucked out! Michael and Christian were so glad that Uncle Dave and Kim were able to join us.

Comet and Cupid were there!

Michael's Field Trip

Michael's class took their first field trip to go see the new Disney Movie, The Princess and the Frog. He really did enjoy the movie but he said he had more fun riding the bus! Go Figure!

It's Turkey Day

Thanksgiving this year was a ton of fun! We spent the first part of the day with Jason's family and ended the holiday with my family. We all had a great time and enjoyed the delicious food!

The Jaunets

The boys enjoyed playing football and soccer with cousins.

Christian, Michael, Drew and Darryl

Look at Curious George.

Daddy and Pops being silly!

The Gambels

Michael wanted to know why there were so many glasses on the table - I thought that was pretty funny!

Can you say delicious?!?!?

Happy Thanksgiving

One weekend our church did a food drive for those families that were less fortunate and in need for the holiday season. Michael took an interest and asked if we could do one as a family. We got together with a few other people and were able to send our donated items to the Second Harvest Food Bank.

Each of the boys picked out five things at the grocery store that THEY thought would be great for a "Thanksgiving Feast". Christan decided that Mac-n-Cheese, fruit and a Cake with icing was the way to go. Michael had Chicken Noodle soup, Mac-n-Cheese, Jello and rice on the top of his list.

I wasn't able to get Michael to take a picture. I guess I should just be happy that he was a sweet little boy to think of others:)

Trick or Treat!!!

We decided to spend Halloween with Uncle Johnny and Lesley since their neighborhood was having a big block party this year. Everyone had a lot of fun...even the adults!

Michael dressed up as Sonic the Hedgehog from one of his video games.

Christian was SpongeBob Squarepants.

Cookies for the Kids

I volunteered to make cookies for both Michael and Christian's school this year. The problem was that I did not coordinate the baking properly and ended up making over 100 cookies in one night...not too bright I know.
