Mr. Cools

One day while doing a little shopping at Target I rewarded the boys with a pair of their own sunglasses. A few days latter I peeked into the backseat and this is what I saw. I just had to take a picture of this!

Shaving Lessons 101

Christian usually wakes up early in the morning and spends time with Jason while he is getting ready for work. One of his favorite things to do is to watch his Dad shave. The following pictures were taken right before Christian's nap time - apparently he thought he needed to apply shaving cream to his face.

Now here's the best part...I walked into the bathroom and found him. I retraced his steps and found that he had climbed onto the toilet and somehow maneuvered his way into the sink where he proceeded to rub shaving cream on his face and stand up so he could have a good luck at his accomplishments. There is NEVER a dull moment with this kid!

Hornets Fans

Jason has had season tickets to the Hornets games for the past two years. This picture was taken right before Jason and Michael were about to leave - this was Michael's first Hornets game! He was extremely excited to go to the game with his Dad! He even asked for his own jersey!

When they came home Michael had to tell me all about his favorite players and the slam dunks that he saw. He even showed my his foam finger, which he was very proud to have.

Fun with our Cousin

Here are some pictures of Bryan's visit to New Orleans!
We were so glad to see him and spend time with him!
Happy Valentine's Day!

Mardi Gras Day 2009

This year Michael and Christian wanted to dress up as Mario and Luigi! Luckily for me that meant pretty easy costumes for both of them.

Mardi Gras Season 2009

Mardi Gras has to be one of my favorite times of the year! Thank goodness that Michael and Christian enjoy it as much as I do. This year was a little easier because the boys were a bit older and seemed to understand that concept a bit more.

Everyone has a good time when Uncle Dave and Kim are around!

This Mardi Gras season was extra special because Bryan was able to come to some of the parades with us! At first he wasn't too happy that people were throwing things AT him - but it didn't take long before he warmed up and really enjoyed watching the floats and the marching bands.

Apparently the brownies were a big hit!

Just look at the face...PRICELESS!

The Boys' Birthday Party

Since the boys both have their birthdays within a few days of each other Jason and I decided to do a combined the birthday party. And yes, we did sing "Happy Birthday" two times - once for Michael and once for Christian!
The theme for this year's party was "Sports".
Here are same of our favorite pictures from the fun-filled day!

Christian and Uncle Johnny are best buds!

I'm not sure who had more fun in the spacewalk - the kids or the adults.
